- Take I26 West
- Exit 21B towards Downtown/Spartanburg
- Turn Left onto W St Johns Street
- Turn Left onto N Daniel Morgan Ave/SC 296
- Turn Left onto Magnolia Street
- Go Over the railway tracks
- Turn left onto College
- Go through the next intersection (Howard Street)
- Entrance to the Carolinas Campus is off College Street (Look for the tall Chimney Stack)
From 1-26 W:
- Take I26 East
- Take the I-85 BL N exit, Exit 19B towards Spartanburg
- Merge onto I85 BL North
- Take Exit 4 towards SC-56/Asheville Hwy/US-176
- Enter roundabout and take 2nd exit onto SC-56 S
- Turn right onto College
- Go through the next intersection (Howard Street)
- Entrance to 350 Howard Street is on College Street (Look for the tall Chimney Stack)
- From I85 North:
- Take I85 South
- Take I 85 Business Loop exit, towards Spartanburg
- Merge onto I-85 BL N
- Take Exit 4B towards SC-56/Asheville Hwy
- Enter roundabout and take 5th exit onto SC-56 S
- Turn right onto College
- Go through the next intersection (Howard Street)
- Entrance to the Carolinas Campus is off College Street (Look for the tall Chimney Stack)
From I85 South:
- Take I85 North
- Slight right onto I85 Business N (signs for Interstate 85 Business/Spartanburg/Freeway Loop
- Take Exit 4 towards SC-56/Asheville Hwy/US-176
- Enter roundabout and take 2st exit onto SC-56 S(Asheville Hwy)
- Turn right onto College
- Go through the next intersection (Howard Street)
- Entrance to the Carolinas Campus is off College Street (Look for the tall Chimney Stack)
