You will also find links to software you can download and use, spam prevention tips and other general information you may find useful. Remote E-mail Access To access e-mail from home, you can log in by clicking VCOM E-mail. For more information on how to set up your computer for remote access, see the E-mail link on the left navigation bar of this page.

VCOM Computer Help Line: To report computer problems or questions, call the VCOM Help Line at 231-4400. The help desk will log your information along with a brief description of the problem and generate a problem ticket for you. When the Information Technology department receives the problem ticket, a staff member will contact you to schedule a time to investigate the problem.
