E-mail

At VCOM we use Microsoft Exchange Server for our e-mail system, which allows the e-mail to remain on the server for easy access from the office or on the road. We recommend that you use the Microsoft® Outlook® client to view your e-mail while at VCOM in order to take advantage of the functionality that is there, such as viewing other Calendars, Public Folders, and being granted access to another person's e-mail or Contacts folder.

While you are at home or on the road traveling, you can check your VCOM mail from the internet by accessing VCOM Web Outlook. We recommend that you do not store your user name or password in the log on box in your internet browser.

VCOM Computer Help Line:

To report computer problems or questions, call the VCOM Help Line at 231-4400.

The help desk will log your information along with a brief description of the problem and generate a problem ticket for you. When the Information Technology department receives the problem ticket, a staff member will contact you to schedule a time to investigate the problem.
