At all times, student records are treated with the utmost confidentiality. All permanent student records are maintained through the Office of the Registrar. Personnel maintaining a legitimate educational interest in all students and thereby authorized to access student records include: the Dean, the Associate Dean for Clinical Academic and Research Affairs, the Associate Dean for Biomedical Academic and Research Affairs, the Assistant Vice President for Student Services, and the Registrar. Other personnel requesting information from a student's record must first request and obtain approval from the authorized person stated above to whom he or she reports to on the College's organizational chart. Authorization will be limited to the information deemed necessary and for a legitimate educational purpose.
