An Osteopathic Medical College for the Carolinas

In Fall 2011, VCOM will open a branch campus in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The branch campus will offer all four years of osteopathic medical education to 150 medical students per year, totaling to a four-year student body of 600 students.

VCOM is proud to join a community with a rich tradition of educational excellence with six colleges, including our Spartanburg educational affiliate,

Wofford College. VCOM partners with Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina physicians and community-based hospitals, such as Spartanburg Regional, to provide on-site clinical rotation instruction for its third and fourth year medical students and graduate residents.
