'Tis the Season for Giving at VCOM-Carolinas Campus
Thirty-six (36) residents at White Oak Manor, Spartanburg, SC will have a happier holiday thanks to VCOM - Carolinas Campus faculty, staff, and students!
Faculty, staff, and students participated in the gift of giving to these nursing home residents. Holiday gift tags were placed on the Carolinas Campuses’ first Holiday Giving Tree with gift suggestions for these nursing home residents. Individuals selected a gift tag from the tree, purchased, wrapped, and delivered gifts. Many nursing home residents’ families are unable to provide gifts. Gifts delivered ranged from blankets, sweat shirts, blouses, and jewelry in the true mission of giving.
