Carolinas Campus Featured on Fox Carolina’s Morning Show
On November 18, 2010, Fox Carolina’s morning show did a 2-hour live broadcast to showcase Spartanburg’s schools, healthcare, businesses, non-profit groups, events, recreation, and area attractions. Members of the community, including VCOM-Carolinas Campus faculty and staff, gathered in Morgan Square to highlight all of the components that make Spartanburg a great place to live, work, and play. During one of the broadcast’s segments, Fox Carolina morning anchors Cody Alcorn and Margaret Burnquist welcomed VCOM into the community as the seventh institution of higher education to settle in Spartanburg.
