VCOM Alumni Receives Outstanding Resident of the Year Award

Allison Greenstein, D.O. (Class of 2008) was selected as Outstanding Resident of the Year by the American Osteopathic Foundation. Allison is an internal medicine resident at the Bluefield Regional Medical Center.

The Outstanding Resident of the Year Awards recognizes and honors outstanding residents who embody the great spirit of altruism, whose combination of clinical promise, ability to think outside the box, skills in health care, and commitment to the osteopathic profession separate them from the crowd. They are also looked upon to become future leaders, advocates for their patients, and some even become national and world leaders in health care or research.
