Community Activities: |
Dr.
James Wolfe assumed the presidency of VCOM in January 2001. He
has led the College through its initial stages
of development,
following a 32-year career at Virginia Tech. Dr. Wolfe's previous
professional experience includes being a faculty member in the
Department of Chemistry, Head of the Department
of Chemistry, and University Vice Provost for Academic Affairs at
Virginia Tech. |

Dr. Wolfe currently
serves as a board member for the Blacksburg Partnership and the
Virginia
Tech Retired Employees Association. He and his wife
Nancy are members of Luther Memorial Lutheran Church and are avid
supporters of the Virginia Tech Hokies. |
