Instructional Develelopment, Computer Programs and Slide Sets:

Instructional Development includes plans for a Public Policy and Legislation in Environment, Food and Nutrition course and program; Global Education Initiative: Global Seminar for the Environment and Sustainable Food Systems; Interdisciplinary and Academic Computing Center in residential student housing at Cornell; over 10 new courses developed and implemented; educational computing program for University of Puerto Rico, Mayaquez Campus; 3 courses developed and implemented at University of Hawaii; Computerized Interactive Learning Program; Computerized Curriculum; video production of sustainability in Dominican Republic.

 
Resident Instruction:

Taught 25 distinct courses and multiple sections and across years from low enrollment to 200 students at Cornell and Virginia Tech; teaching in Global Seminar across over 40 universities around the globe in clusters of 4-6 using interactive video and internet learning protocols; traveling classroom during summer sessions across multiple states and DC; and teaching in Hawaii and Puerto Rica.

Teaching also includes undergraduate and graduate advising where graduates have taken a variety of jobs in secondary teaching, post secondary teaching, university employment, extension and industry nationally and internationally.
