Request Your Credit Report
A recent amendment to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) a/k/a Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act (FACTA) requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every 12 months. The FCRA/FACTA promotes the accuracy and privacy of information in the files of the nations’ consumer reporting companies.
